  • Anyone who desires to give their body, mind and nervous system some TLC. A perfect antidote to stress & overwhelm in the middle of busy lives

  • This 75-minute Therapeutic Rest session is designed to help your body safely down shift brain & physiology into rest and repair. Each session is carefully curated to elicit safety, co-regulation, and therapeutic benefit.

    The session includes neuroscience & nervous system-informed practices, fascia release & self massage, therapeutic breathing, and hands-on supported rest with various props including blankets, bolsters, pillows, sand-bags, eye pillows, and blocks - all provided. You will be instructed how to use these + be hands-on adjusted (with consent) by your facilitator to make sure you are completely and truly supported. You will be guided through a somatic body-scan and sensory grounding process to help settle the body and mind.

    This session is ideal for those looking for a gentle yet powerful reset for the nervous system, improved stress tolerance, and a nourishing moment of deep rest in the middle of busy lives.

Deep Therapeutic Rest
— for the burnt-out women

  • Those seeking an immersive deep dive into conscious & quality rest that nourishes, revives, and restores balance and flow. If you have been running on empty to the point of depletion - this is for you!

  • This 120 minute session offers a more immersive experience, allowing the body and mind to move into deeper states of restoration.

    Includes all that in RESTore & Receive, but at more length and depth. As the body settles, participants are guided into a longer therapeutic and blissful Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR)/Yoga Nidra Meditation. We expand into deeper embodiment of Neurosomatic based rest & body wisdom. We also spend time working in somatic based techniques, fascia release techniques, and vagus nerve toning.

    These extended states of conscious rest support nervous system regulation, calm fear/stress centres in the brain, and activate the brain’s natural repair & rewiring processes. Many people experience a deep sense of ease, improved pain management & sleep, stress resilience, and mental wellbeing following sessions.

  • $275 per session for up to 4 people
